Managing people effectively can be challenging at times.
Small and medium-sized organizations like yours don’t always have the resources to keep a dedicated HR professional on staff. This is where I can help. You are busy serving others, managing people and running your operations. I am a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a member in good standing of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), Canada’s largest HR regulatory body. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and the Certificate in Advanced Human Resources Law for Senior HR Executives from Osgoode Hall Law School. I have extensive experience supporting not for profit and small organizations with their HR needs.
